When you place an order or contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, delivery address, order details and correspondence. Account information is used to provide account access and order history.
How information is used
Information is used to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, maintain the security of the store and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. We do not request bank card details for cash-on-delivery orders.
Service providers
Information necessary for fulfilment may be shared with delivery providers and with the hosting, email and store service providers used to operate the website. We do not sell your personal information. Opening a WhatsApp link takes you to a separate service governed by its own privacy policy.

The store uses cookies and similar storage for functions such as the shopping bag, sign-in, language preference and order attribution. Order and customer records are retained as needed for fulfilment, support and applicable legal obligations.
